Miss EGSC Marleigh Clark

The 2024 Miss East Georgia State College Scholarship Pageant was held Friday, April 12 at 6 p.m. in the Luck F. Gambrell Center Auditorium. Marleigh Clark was crowned the new Miss EGSC and Laynah Atkinson was first runner-up.

The five contestants competed for the crown in the categories of interview, introductions, on stage question, and evening gown.

The pageant was hosted by EGSC’s Student Government Association.

About the Miss EGSC Scholarship Pageant

Started in 1974, the Miss EGSC Scholarship Pageant is an opportunity for students at EGSC to earn scholarships toward their cost of attendance at EGSC and other awards as well. Participants participate in an interview, casual wear, on stage question, and evening wear. The pageant, though traditionally comprised of female participants, welcomes all students who wish to participate regardless of gender.
