East Georgia State College is the most affordable college in the Georgia educational system, and amongst the most affordable colleges in the country.

So, what does affordability mean to you? It means your dollars go further. Grants and Scholarships you receive cover more of your costs, so you can borrow less, or not at all. This means you could graduate college without having to make monthly payments on a student loan.

      • Undergraduate students taking 100% online or a combination of online (EGSC online, eCore, or eMajor) and EGSC on-campus courses receive a fifteen (15) credit hour cap in tuition if enrolled in fifteen (15) or more credit hours in a semester.

      • Undergraduate students taking a combination of EGSC online and EGSC on-campus courses receive a fifteen (15) credit hour cap and are not charged tuition after the fifteenth (15th) credit hour in a semester.

      • Undergraduate students taking a combination of EGSC online, eCore, or eMajor and on-campus courses, will receive a $ 95.00 per credit hour adjustment (i.e., decrease in tuition)  for all credit hours over fifteen (15) in a semester.

Imagine what you will do with that money in your pocket!

There is more to EGSC than just affordability. We are fully accredited by SACSCOC, so credits earned here go anywhere. We offer courses in classrooms, online or in a hybrid setting, so you can learn in your best environment. And we have a beautiful campus that has a Professional Disc Golf Association-approved 18-hole course, 5k and 10k cross country tracks, and is home to a variety of wildlife.

EGSC is affordable, and so much more.
