These policies and procedures may be modified, repealed or supplemented as follows:

    1. The President’s Cabinet may adopt a resolution modifying, repealing or supplementing a policy or procedure. Any such resolution may be proposed by a standing committee of the Cabinet, any standing committee of the President, any member of the Cabinet, or the President.
    2. The Faculty Senate may adopt a resolution modifying, repealing or supplementing a policy or procedure. Any such resolution may be proposed by a standing committee of the Faculty Senate or by any member of the Faculty Senate.
    3. A resolution adopted by the Cabinet or the Faculty Senate as described above shall be effective upon the approval of that resolution by the President.
