I chose East Georgia because it was close to home with easy access and the most affordable classes I could take to begin my dream of getting my Bachelor of Science in Biology. I knew a few friends that went to EGSC and I found that I was able to make strong friendships and deeper connections with faculty and staff.

I knew East Georgia was going to be the best fit for me. Being a student-athlete, it is difficult balancing practices, games, class and studying. However, the professors and coaches work with your schedule and make sure you have everything you need to succeed.

I chose East Georgia because of its affordability and high acceptance rate, and with it being a two-year institution, it was a good place for me to start. My favorite parts about attending EGSC were the bonds I've made with the students and staff, the experiences the college gave me, and the opportunities provided through the college's organizations.
