Library Computer & Printing Policy

The following applies to the PCs and Printers in the Library proper. For policies on the acceptable use of computers, see the Acceptable Use Policy. For policies on the use of the Computer Lab, see the Computer Lab / Workstation Usage Policy Page.

Users who are not EGC students:

• Must be 17 years of age to use the Library PCs. Patrons 16 years of age and under must be accompanied by a parent or other adult

• Will be charged ten cents ($.10) per page for printing. Please pay at the Go Print Release Station.

• Must wait until 1:00 p.m. to use the computers and must limit their use to one hour per day.

• Cannot use the Computer Lab (Room 524).

EGC students:

• Have access to the computers in the Library and in the adjacent Computer Lab (Room 524). However, applications such as Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint are available ONLY on computers in the adjacent lab.

• Are allotted 300 pages of paper for printing in the Library and the Computer Lab.
