East Georgia State College broke ground on a 200 bed, state-of-the-art housing complex on August 12, 2010 on the Swainsboro campus. This complex is the first on-campus student housing in East Georgia's history.

Each apartment has four private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a furnished living room and kitchen.

The building has a laundry area, study space, a computer lab, a balcony and an outdoor recreation area.

Price, per person, is $2652 per semester (Fall 2013 and Spring 2014) and includes all furniture, utilities, wireless internet, cable television in the living room, 24/7 security, mail service and access to the Clubhouse with a fitness center, a gameroom, study rooms and a computer lab.

Students who live on campus have a meal plan that is $1041 per semester (Fall 2013 and Spring 2014).  This plan includes lunch and dinner Monday-Thursday and gives the student $145 flex dollars that may be used in the cafeteria, at the cafe' or in the coffee shop on campus.
