- Indicates the form may be completed Online by logging in to the myEGSC web portal and accessing the Online Forms menu.
- Indicates the form may be completed electronically by creating an account on the "NextGen" website. When the icon is selected you will be taken to the NextGen website. The first time you access the NextGen website you will be asked to create a personal account. (This access is mainly intended for Parents/Guardians of students or in other cases, Supporters of Students/Parents.)
(Select this icon in order to complete and submit one of the following forms electronically. You will be directed to log-in to your "MY EGSC" account. Select "On-Line Forms" at the top of the page. Select the icon next to the form that you wish to complete.
