About Crisis Intervention:
Sometimes student experience acute crisis situations such as a traumatic experience or suicidal thoughts. Crisis intervention is a service for students who are in serious, immediate emotional distress. If you find yourself, or a friend, in an emergency situation during normal business hours, please contact the counselor in the office nearest you. You can call or walk-in and let the counselor know you are in a crisis situation. If you cannot reach a counselor, please contact public safety or call 911. If our offices are closed or it is after hours, you may also utilize the following resources in addition to public safety:
