The Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center is a multi-disciplinary, community-focused learning facility open to all residents of Emanuel County and the surrounding area.
The Fulford Center provides an engaging location for life-long individual and small group learning opportunities such as:

- Georgia High School Graduation Test preparatory classes
