Welcome Home! On Campus Apartments at EGC!
East Georgia College broke ground on a 200 bed, state-of-the-art housing complex on August 12, 2010 on the Swainsboro campus. This complex is the first on-campus student housing in East Georgia's history.
Each apartment has four private bedrooms, two bathrooms and a furnished living room and kitchen.
The building has a laundry area, study space, a computer lab, a balcony and an outdoor recreation area.
Price, per person, is $2500 per semester and includes all furniture, utilities, wireless internet, cable television in the living room, 24/7 security and mail service.
