RESEARCH AND TEACHING INTERESTS

Research Interest:  water policy and law; watershed management with respect to Georgia and the tri-state water conflict; policy implications for development using total maximum daily loads; land use and the wildland urban interface; and the application of property rights and incentives to manage open access resource problems.
