Note to online students

1. You should be an excellent mathematics student in order to take an online math course.

2. You should be self-motivated.

3. You must do your homework. Schedule is on the syllabus.

4. If you have questions, contact me during my office hours, 478-289-2076 or jblackbu@ega.edu,  or go to the AIR center for help. Don't wait until the last minute.

5. Check your EGC student email often. I don't use Ga Vista View except for a gradebook.

6. Watch the videos I post on my faculty webpage.

7. Read the syllabus for Test dates.

8. The lowest grade you can make in my class is 80% of your final plus 20% of your homework.

9. Students in Math 1113 and Math 1121 may use notes and book on the final exam. You still must know the material. Notes only help so much.

10. If you want your non-final exams, you can pick them up during my office hours.
