Professor Randy Carter is an Assistant Professor of Political Science.  He teaches Introduction to American Government and Introduction to Global Issues.  He began his teaching career at the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa. He taught previously at South Georgia College in Douglas, University of North Georgia in Gainesville, Piedmont College in Demorest, Reinhardt College in Waleska, GA. He also taught for Johns Hopkins University in the Center for Talented Youth. He has written the following papers:
