DEVELOPMENT

When you support East Georgia College Foundation through your private gift or pledge, you assist the college in a manner that cannot be reached through state funding alone. Private funding assists the college in providing:

  • financial needs to our students who do not qualify for HOPE or federal financial support programs, especially non-traditional students;

  • an enhancement for out-of-class environment for our students on campus through travel/study opportunities and to encourage the recognition of and the further development of our student leaders;

  • the operational needs of outreach initiatives of the college through the Postsecondary Readiness Enrichment Program (PREP), the Georgia Youth Science and Technology Center (GYSTC), the Minority Recruitment Office (MRO) and the Georgia Rural Economic Development Center (GREDC).

Your gift allows the college to provide many opportunities for our students and our community.
