
On Tuesday, March 17, two new officers were sworn in at the East Georgia State College Police Department. Frank Scruggs and John Dailey both completed training at the Georgia Public Safety Training Center on Sunday, March 16. They graduated from the academy in Garden City that night.
Frank Scruggs was the first officer to be sworn in by Chief Mack Seckinger. Scruggs is from Adrian, Georgia. He is married to Megan Scruggs who also works at EGSC. He and Megan have four children.
John Dailey was the second officer to be sworn in by Chief Seckinger. He is originally from New York but made his way to Georgia four years ago for work.
