EGSC Club Days will kick-off Homecoming week for all EGSC students on February 24 with the Circle K Club “Build a Sundae” event from 11-2pm followed by the PTK “Commit to Complete Pool Tournament” from 2-4pm. On the 26th from 11 to 2, the SIFE Club will host “Decorate a Cupcake” and the International Club will host a “Spades Tournament”. Voting for the Homecoming King and Queen will be February 24-26. This year, 13 clubs consisting of 22 total representatives, will vie for the EGSC King and Queen title.

Homecoming festivities will come to a close with a special evening beginning at 5:30 pm on the 27th for all EGSC Alumni. Alumni are invited to drop by the Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center from 5:30-6 pm for light refreshments and an opportunity to visit with fellow alums. While there, alums can pick up their free EGSC alumni tee-shirt.

Following the alumni visit, all EGSC students, alumni, faculty, staff and their families are invited to dinner in the Richard L. Brown Cafeteria, located in the Jean Morgan Student Activities Center. Cafeteria dining hours will be from 5-7:30 pm. Dinner is $7 per person or less.

At 8 pm, Sophomore Athlete Recognition, followed by the crowning of the 2014 Homecoming King and Queen, will be held at the EGSC Athletic Complex. After the crowning, stay and enjoy the “Shake, Rattle, & Roll” Casino Night and dancing. Each person will receive “chips” to use at one of the four casino tables; 2 blackjack, 1 roulette, and 1 poker. At the end of the night cash in your chips for raffle tickets to be entered in the drawing for a $250 Visa gift card. The more tickets you have the greater the chance of winning. Door prizes will also be awarded.

The event is free and open to alumni, current students, faculty, staff, and their families. Cost for non-affiliated EGSC attendees is $5.00. Dressy attire preferred. No blue jeans please.
