Final Total Wellness Session to be held at Fulford Center

The final session of the 2018 Total Wellness Series will be held Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2018 at noon at the Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center on East Georgia State College’s Swainsboro campus. “Come Stressed, Leave Revitalized” is the session topic.
Janelle Langley, Program Director at Emanuel Medical Center, will be the speaker. The holiday season can often bring undesirable guests—stress and depression. Participants will receive information on how to develop practical coping strategies that will help in minimizing the stress that can accompany the holidays.
The series is free and is made possible through a partnership with UGA Extension, Emanuel Medical Center, East Georgia State College, East Georgia Healthcare and Queensborough National Bank and Trust. Lunch, a presentation, and door prizes will be provided.
Enrollment is limited to 20 and registration is required. To register, please call the Fulford Center at 478-289-2464.
