1. Obtain your PIN.

You can retrieve your myEGC account by going
to https://myegc.ega.edu and
clicking the link "Click
here to retrieve your MyEGC Username". Complete the form and then
click the Search button and your myEGC username will be displayed.
Your initial password will be the last four digits of your social
security number followed by the two-digit year you were born. If
you have already setup you myEGC account and forgotten the password you
can use the Reset Passowrd portlet on the myEGC login page to change
your password. You will be prompted for the response to one of your
security questions you previously setup.

You
can retrieve your BannerWeb account information by going to
https://bobcat.ega.edu/pls/BANWEB/twbkwbis.P_ValLogin and completing
the form and clicking the "Search" button. Your BannerWeb ID and your
pin will be displayed on the screen.
2. Go to a PC with an internet connection.

You can access Banner Web from the Student Lab next to the
Library.

You can go to the Registrar’s Office to practice.

You can access Banner Web from home if you have a PC connected and
an internet connection.
3. Open a browser and go to the URL:
https://myEGC.ega.edu and login in
with your myEGC account information.
4. Click
the Banner Web Icon in the External Applications portlet:

Enter Login and PIN, then click the LOGIN button.
Note: if access Banner Web via the myEGC portal you should not be asked for
a username and password to enter Banner Web.

If this is your first time logging in you will have to enter a security
question. Enter a question, the answer, and then click Submit.

Enter something you can remember the response to. This will enable you to
gain access to Banner Web in case you forget your PIN.

Example: Question: What is my dog's name? Answer: Mutt

You
cannot continue until you have submitted a security question and answer.
7.
If this is your first time logging in you will also have to agree to the
Terms Of Usage. Click Continue
8. Click Student Services & Financial Aid.
If
you are expecting Financial Aid please follow the instructions below carefully
so you do not overpay.
