Be a part of the Bobcat Pack! Join us for the EGSC Summer Block Party Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m. The main event happens in the Luck F. Gambrell Center Rotunda on EGSC's Swainsboro Campus. You must attend financial aid, admissions and housing education tables in the Rotunda prior to the block party!
In the Rotunda, the Counseling Table will help students look up their information to ensure they are aware of all the information required for financial aid application, college acceptance, registration and move-in. Participants will learn about any student account holds, complete their EGSC application, and apply for housing. In Room J531, students will complete online applications with assistance. EGSC employees will help students and parents through whatever process they need assistance with, including applying for financial aid, learning the difference between grants and loans, completing their entrance counseling, setting up a parental pin, signing a promissory note, applying for scholarships, creating a Georgia Futures account, completing their EGSC application or applying for housing. To make this process go smoothly, students should bring their Social Security Card or know their number, have their parent and/or participant's FSA ID, their driver's license, parent and/or participant W-2 forms or 1040, and documentation of permanent residency or eligible non-citizenship.
The Block Party will take place on the Quad and will include fun booths and tables from EGSC departments and Clubs. There will be games and vendors, and free food, raffle items including a flat screen TV and gift cards, and chances to win EGSC items!
See you there, Future Bobcats!
