“We played really well with a lot of energy. We hit the ball really well in both games scoring 19 runs on the day and allowing just four,” said Head Coach Chuck Wimberly. “Our pitchers hit their spots and we made very few mistakes in the field. We simply need to keep our hitting going as we head down the home stretch of the final conference games and take care of business and not have to rely on what other teams do in conference games to protect our higher seeding in the playoffs.”
