East Georgia State College's Homecoming 2014 was held the week of February 24th through the 28th. Student events were held throughout the week, such as "Build a Sundae," "Decorate a Cupcake," "Pool Tournament," and "Spades Tournament." Students voted for their choice of Homecoming King and Queen. On Thursday evening, EGSC Alumni met in the Sudie A. Fulford Community Learning Center for a visit, refreshments, and a free alumni tee-shirt. Followed by a delicious meal in the Richard L. Brown Room. At 8 p.m., faculty, staff, alumni, and students met in the EGSC Gymnasium to recognize the College's Athletic Teams, as well as crown the Homecoming King and Queen. The King is Austin Fultz of Midville and the Queen is Jalesa Carroll of Brunswick. Students also participated in a "Shake, Rattle, & Roll" Casino Night with dancing. EGSC students enjoyed dressing in their semi-formal/formal attire for Homecoming 2014.
