HEAD WOMEN'S BASKETBALL COACH East Georgia College wishes to announce we are receiving applications for the position of Head Women’s Basketball Coach. This position is on a one year contract and is a non-benefited. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of planning, managing, and directing a successful women’s basketball program including: game coaching, practice preparation, recruiting, event management, budget management, public relations, fund raising, promotions, and scheduling. A successful candidate will also show a willingness and ability to work well with others to promote the interests of the entire athletic department as well as the College. A bachelor’s degree is required. Three years of successful coaching experience is required. Equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered. Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. The Institution: East Georgia College is located in rural southeast Georgia. Swainsboro and Emanuel County, home of East Georgia College, have a population of 23,000 people.
