How do I know how much my tuition and fees are?

If I am receiving financial aid, how can I determine if it has been processed and applied to my charges?

If my financial aid has been processed and I am receiving a refund check, when will it be available?

The first delivery of Financial Aid refund checks will be available on Thursday, June 19, and can be picked up in the Business Office on the Swainsboro campus or at the EGC Center on the Statesboro campus. You must have your student ID in order to pick up your refund. You will need to check your Banner Web account to verify that you do have a refund listed on your account before coming to pick up one. Subsequent runs of Financial Aid refund checks will tentatively be each Friday. Please allow at least one week after any aid appears on your Banner Web account before expecting a refund check.

Will I be able to use my financial aid to purchase books?

If your financial aid award amount has been applied to your account and exceeds the amount of tuition and fees you owe, and you have authorized EGC to deduct additional charges (bookstore, parking permits, etc.) from any excess financial aid, you may charge books at the East Georgia College Bookstore on the Swainsboro campus.
