3	Student ID and PIN Student ID is a unique number beginning with 930XXXXXX Student ID and PIN will be emailed to you after you register the first time with your Advisor If you forget or lose your Pin, go to http://www.ega.edu/bannerweb/forgot_pin/get_pin.asp to have your pin emailed to your EGC email account Call Computer Services for problems 289 – 2092 Don’t give your PIN to others. You are responsible for any changes to your records.
4	How to Login Click the Banner Web icon from the main page (http://www.ega.edu) or go to https://bobcat.ega.edu Click the Enter Secure Area link Enter User Id (930 number) Enter PIN Click Login

7	First Time Logon : Security Question The first time you login you will be prompted for a Security Question. Enter a Question that you will know the answer to. Ie. What’s my dogs name? Enter the Answer Ie. chuckles Click the Submit button This will allow you to change your PIN in case you forget it.
8	First Time Logon : Security Question The Acceptable Usage Statement will then be displayed. You must agree to the terms to use Banner Web. If you agree click the Continue button.
