EGSC is Making Returning to College Easier

In conjunction with the State’s “Go Back. Move Ahead.” Initiative, EGSC will be hosting a drop-in Open House on Friday, April 24, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the Admissions Office to assist individuals who completed some college, but never finished a degree because of “life” circumstances.

Homecoming 2014 at EGSC

The Miss East Georgia State College Scholarship Pageant is a preliminary to the Miss Georgia pageant, a part of the Miss America Organization providing over $45 million annually in cash and scholarship assistance.  Our new Miss EGSC is Harley Strickland from Claxton.  She is majoring in Broadcast Journalism and is a student on our campus in Statesboro.

EGSC Alumna, Meagan Williams Launches Online Home-based Business

East Georgia State College Alumna, Meagan Williams, Class of 2010, has launched a home-based business on the Internet less than two months ago and has already gained strong sales in some brick-and-mortar stores. Internet sales so far have exceeded Williams’ expectations.
