EGSC Alumna, Meagan Williams Launches Online Home-based Business

The 23-year-old daughter of Tracy and Darrell Williams of Swainsboro, Meagan earned an associate’s degree in business from EGSC and a bachelor’s and master’s degree from Georgia Southern University.
Meagan developed a clothing line called Nuts and Bolls Clothing, based on her agricultural background.
“I just feel like God gives everybody passion, and that passion can be developed into your life work,” commented Williams.
“I based my clothing line on agriculture, because farming is important to me and my family and is the backbone on our nation,” concluded Williams.
She and her mother, make most of the items Nuts and Bolls sells. They screen print the tee shirts with the logos, as well as cut and sew the bowties. Also offered within her product line are koozies, tote bags, caps, and dog collars. All items carry the Nuts and Bolls logo.
Williams has pledged 10 percent of her profits to the Georgia Future Farmers Association Foundation, which promotes agricultural education and leadership through chapters in schools.
