Exit: Stage Right Play Writing Contest announced

   East Georgia State College’s 7th Annual Exit: Stage Right 10-Minute Play Writing Contest is now calling for entries! The deadline is 12 noon on Thursday, November 17, 2016 and entries must be submitted to Professor Sebastian Verdis in the EGSC-Statesboro School of Humanities.
   This contest is open to all—students, faculty, staff and members of the community. Entrants are asked to submit one 10-minute play in the proper format. First prize will win $100, second prize will win $75 and third prize will win $50. Winners will be notified in January of 2017 and the three prize-winning plays will be performed as part of the Spring Semester 2017 Reader’s Theatre Production: Works In Progress, at EGSC’s Statesboro campus.
   Contest packets are available at the front desk of EGSC-Statesboro and online here. Entries may be mailed to Professor Verdis at EGSC-Statesboro, 10449 US Highway 301 South, Statesboro, GA 30458 or submitted at the EGSC-Statesboro campus.
