The East Georgia College Lady Bobcats went up against South Georgia Tech for their first conference game of the season. Despite playing tough throughout the game, they weren’t able to do quite enough and fell by a score of 67-49.

The team went from shooting 22.6 percent from the field in the first half to 38.1 percent in the second half. Had they shot that well in the first half, they would have been in the game at the finish. They did shoot a very solid 69.6 percent from the free throw line though.

Keamoney Locke played every minute of the game and scored 11 points with seven rebounds and one assist. She continues to play well in the post and put up consistently strong numbers.
